If you would like any further information please contact us to enquire.
Shooting with North East Shooting is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Once purchased, tickets/event confirmation cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed.
Tickets/confirmation are sent electronically, you will need to print this out and bring with you to the event or be able to show the ticket clearly on your mobile phone. Photographs of the ticket are not acceptable.
Duplicate tickets may be issued but with amended reference number to prevent unauthorised use.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
The total amount stated by North East Shooting for all costs for an event must be paid 7 days before the date of the event and no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Failure to pay the balance within this time scale will result in the event being cancelled and any non-refundable deposits being retained by North East Shooting.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the organiser for a variety of reasons. Venues are also subject to change. As soon as we are notified of any amendments we will contact all customers by email, or by phone if it is urgent. If the event has been cancelled, you will be entitled to a face value refund (minus deposit if applicable). If an event is rescheduled or moved venue, you are usually given the option of retaining your tickets for the new date/location, or claiming a face-value of the ticket (minus deposit if applicable).
Please note, in the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, North East Shooting cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.
Should you wish to cancel or postpone your agreed event, you will need to contact North East Shooting via email with at least 48 hours notice.
